Follow the steps below carefully and enjooooy :

1) Download the latest version of play store 3.8.17

from http://depositfiles.com/files/i7spi4nv9 flah it through cmwrecovery

2) download market enabler from http://depositfiles.com/files/ekmdyc7v6 and install it on ur droid

3)Then download droidvpn from the play store 

4) Create a free account from the droidvpn website and this will send a username and password in ur email u used to register just keep them for now 

5)Now go to ur droid and and go to settings then application then manage application then in all tab under it and go to play store and then clear data(for first time only) and clear cache

6) Open market enabler and the click on any us host like t-mobile or verizon 

7)Then go to droid vpn and write ur username and password that was send in ur account (just skip the upgrade account part)

8)Now open play store u can access all the contents of it BOOKS, MOVIES, T.V., MAGAZINES SONGS.
